Playing up and down
League rule: where a club has more than one team in an event, a player may play up to 2 matches for a higher team. A player who has played more than 2 matches for a higher team can't then play down.
Applies to the Gents (Gents 1 in OD3, Gents 2 in OD4a) and Mixed (Mixed 1 and Mixed 2, both in XD2; Mixed 1 is the higher team). Ladies has one team. Players can't play the same event for two clubs, but may play level doubles for one club and mixed for another. Counted from saved results; names must be spelled the same way on every sheet.

Check the results
Players (pairs in order of strength)
Write each pair as "First Last / First Last" so the club tracks each player, including who has played up.
Missing pair or unfinished games
A team with only two pairs forfeits that pair's three rubbers (6 sets). Games not finished by 10pm don't count, even if started; leave their scores blank.
Each rubber is two sets to 21 (win by 2, capped at 30). The match winner takes 2 league points and a draw 1 each.

Add a photo in step 1 to create the PDF.
On a phone, Share PDF to email attaches the PDF for you; choose Mail, then paste in the subject and send to lothianleague@gmail.com. On a computer, Open in mail app fills in the address, subject and message, and you attach the saved PDF. Both teams should have signed the sheet.

Export your member list from Spond (CSV or Excel) and choose the file. Anyone new joins as a member; existing roles aren't changed.
